The quality of work and staff here are great! I hit a deer in my new car, and it did quite a bit of damage. They made the process with the insurance very easy. They always were patient and polite when answering my questions. After my car was done, there was a minor issue with the car not locking when I walked away. They gave me a complimentary rental and took care of the issue without fee, and had it resolved within a few hours. My car looks amazing, you'd never know a deer did $11,000 worth of damage

Tri-City Collision is top notch! When our family vehicle was hit right before embarking on a 1 month long road trip, Tri-City worked quick to get our vehicle back on the road in time for our trip! If you are a state farm customer, DO NOT bring your vehicle here. They WILL undervalue your vehicle for the sake of the insurance company, as they are one of their PREFERRED shops. It's happened to me twice now, and now I know to never use them again. I hope the people who need to see this, see this.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. When I picked up my car, it was washed and cleaned on the inside. There was tree sap on the top of my car that had been there for a long time. Multiple washes had not removed it. All of the tree sap was gone! Not only did you guys fix my car, but you went above and beyond and returned it cleaner than when I left it there. Thank you!

I unfortunately had a deer jump out and run into the front driver corner of my vehicle.It's the season for it, so every local repair shop was backed up for weeks and some weren't even willing to take an appointment for an estimate. Tri-City Collision PBNAB was able to schedule my vehicle for an estimate very quickly, then ordered all necessary parts and get me into the shop promptly. Their customer service is wonderful! Holly walked me through the process of filing my insurance claim and continually provided updates on the progress of my vehicles repairs. They had everything repaired and painted and ready to go much sooner than originally anticipated. Their work is impeccable and my vehicle looks brand new! I am beyond happy with their service, and they also provide lifetime warranty on all parts they repaired and replaced on my vehicle.
