“I purchased a second Van for my business through Ala at Mays Auto in Masury, OH. This was a 3 hr. drive for me one way. The communication from Ala was outstanding! He answered every single question I had regarding the Van, before making the trip. The Price was better than just being competitive with others I had looked at. I always hesitate when being interested in items through photos; as photos can hide so many things. Through our communication, I got the feeling that Ala was an honest person. I generally don't trust many people, as I have been taken several times. I made the trip to see & test drive the Van. The Van exceeded my expectations from the photos! “Honest review, seen a car posted online called they said they had it drove 1hr 23mins. Was buying for a 1st time driver to get lic. We didn’t wanna finance due to having a a house, 2 cars financed. When we showed up the car was gone they said they just sold it 20 mins ago. We ended up putting 3k down on another and taking it home. The 1st issue I had was I sent a payment via Zelle they claimed they didn’t get it even tho I showed proof I was out of the country for travel the payment was apparently 10 days late they show up to my house towed the car and say nothing if it wasn’t for my security cameras I wouldn’t even known. They said they thought it was abandoned and never called once. They charged me additional 500$ By time I got the car back they took everything out and put the decals back on and was ready to have it listed for sale . Over a 10 day old payment. When I got in the country I went up with cash payed everything they requested was over 750$ they apologized and said it was a mistake but wouldn’t take the tow bill off and hit me with a 30$ late and 500$ wrecker charge Affordable yes, bring someone who knows mechanics of a vehicle, as in cars,trucks etc don’t have a warranty. I did have a issue with the title when I payed the car off, six brothers explained the issue and gave me a number to contact and assisted me with all info needed. At the end of the day the DMV who did the title didn’t put it in my name but got the addresses n others mixed up six brothers told me when I picking up the title they have changed the previous title service for PA. I would like to add they are very willing to work with you and let things slide as long as you’re attempting and communicate with the dealership. I’m use to a payment being taking out once a month automatically so the every 2 weeks was more a hassle I wish they did auto deductible it would of saved me money. The car I bought has got 3 people licenses and still passes pa inspection to this day, I understand why they’re in business I respect it but just know what you’re buying do the research. As of the future and me and six brothers I can’t guarantee I will do business in the future but I do appreciate those they help.”
