“My Expedition overheated and dumped all its coolant late afternoon on a Friday on a road trip. We were able to call the shop and they said they would stay late and work on it to get us back on the road. We filled it with water and limped it 4 miles to their shop. They had it fixed and us back on the road by 8pm! We were fully expecting to be stranded in a hotel for the weekend and were very pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend this shop! “I had my car towed to Troubleshooters on a whim thinking I had a blown head gasket, a pretty major and expensive repair. Eric and Steve determined that it was a much less severe issue that only took about a day to fix. On top of that, Eric identified a transmission issue I was already partially aware of, and offered some suggestions to remedy it in the future when it’s a bit more convenient for me. I also got my inspections and a wheel issue taken care of at the same time. I walked into their shop expecting to drop several thousands of dollars for a repair, and I had my car back in 2 days for under $1,000. They had every opportunity to take advantage of me and make me spend thousands of dollars I didn’t need to spend, and they did not. They were honest and upfront with everything. I will absolutely be back.”

I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day. Kept me posted on the work as it progressed. I could stop in at anytime to see the car and progress. Had the car back sooner than expected. Didn't want to drive it due to the inclement weather so he got a flatbed to bring the car home and into my garage. Great friendly employees. Very pleased with Keystone.”
