Called to inquire about getting my older dog bathed. I live 2 minutes from tl I barely got to finish speaking when I was told she wouldn't bathe an elderly dog and to go somewhere else?? She said she is accepting new client's. I called because many of her reviews noted she took wonderful care of elderly dogs. My dog is old, but healthy and wonderful for her baths. She runs miles around the yard. She isn't frail. I have been beyond busy managing my veterinary hospital that I haven't had time to bathe her lately. From one professional to another I did not appreciate being rushed off the phone and treated like my dog isl too old for a bath, when she never asked any other questions about her and wouldn't allow me to speak.

She is the best groomer that I have ever had for our 2 Newfoundland dogs. Top notch care for the girls and the cut is always exactly like a newfy should look like.
