My elderly mother and aunt have stored their items here since 2010 or longer. A raccoon got in somehow and destroyed everything, excrement all over the place and dead carcasses. The company is refusing to help 2 elderly women who have paid this storage facility for over 15 years close to 20k. They didn't have insurance (mostly mementos/ antiques/ not expensive things) but this is a grounds issue. So, if you want to be treated like a nothing, have your items potentially destroyed, then, then told it's your fault, by all means, choose this place. This is a humanity issue. Ethically-speaking, they should have offered help to two elderly women with little money to their names whose items and memories have been destroyed.

No one returns calls once your in. Two months I’ve tried…. Then the one up in transfer flooded. The First month and they did not refund money. Charged me for insurance whenu i have renters insurance… won’t reimburse , left message can’t get a hold of anyone. When I signed up I supposedly if I did it online I’d get for 105 . I’m paying $123. LikeI went through them. Lies…… I needed space next to me in January now it’s April and it’s fine… and still no one to fix these problems. Poorly ran once they got you good luck getting help after that..

If you want to deal with a storage facility where you either have to constantly call to get the gate opened and waste your time or climb over the gate because the exit doesn’t work, or be locked out a day before rent is even past due. Literally worst experience I’ve ever had with a storage facility. The only place I’ve ever had any issues. 1/10. Very dissatisfied.
