My family and I ran to the laundromat because our dryer belt broke, and we had to finish drying our clothes. I didn’t know there were knew owners but quickly knew something was off. Upon walking in there was a female panty liner on the floor and trash all over the place. The majority of washers and dryers were out of order, holes kicked in the walls and just filthy. The #28 dryer we used didn’t even work, there was no heat so we had to waste our money and move them to another one. What once was a nice hometown convenience store is now a total dump. We ran into the store itself and it’s completely different than I grew up knowing, super sketchy, high prices on everything, saw a lot of expired items and milk. I’ll never go back now that I see new owners have destroyed it, what a shame, it used to be such a great little friendly store and laundromat.

We live close and use to want to go to this store now that there is new owners and the prices are CRAZY high and my wife went in to get eggs and every single carton was expired on MAY6 ITS CURRENTLY JUNE 9th!! Someone is going to get sick! The coolers smell like rancid food and who knows if the the hot food that is served there is any good. The gas prices are super high too. No reason to stop here goto five points country convenience store in burghill Ohio less than 3 miles away!

My dryer broke just before Christmas, so I went to the laundromat run by Petroplus. 10/20 washing machines are Out of Order and 4/12 Dryers do not work. Machines are not kept clean or serviced. Very disappointed, especially when it is not cheap to use these machines.

My biggest complaint is the price gouging on fuel...Today, the price at every other gas station is at 4.49 a gallon and they are still at 4.99...I dont mind paying a LITTLE extra but come on. They lost my business once I saw the price on the pump (because they do not post it on the big yellow sign to scare off customers anymore).The food inside is good. Really good. But by charging so much more for fuel they are potentially losing customers in the store for sales of other items, so I hope this price gouging strategy is worth it. They lost me as a customer.

Best neighborhood store around, their food is delicious! You can find mulch for your gardening needs, your meals for the day, and everything that a normal store has. Go-to convenience store in the area!

Used to love this laundromat and store. Only one large washer works its new and smaller capacity but still $4.50 thanks a lot. The other has been jammed for weeks. All 4 of the next size down front loaders are ALL jammed. Some of the top loaders are Out of Order. Now for the dryers ...some work...sometimes. Eat your quarters and don't start or are jammed. NO HEAT on a couple. Ridiculously hot on others. Its been really dirty and patrons just leave their dryer sheets on the floor, I constantly pick up others garbage/dryer sheets but apparently that's the mom in me. Last trip was the last straw having to move my wet clothes 4 times, not going back. Sad really.

Literally my favorite store to grab my every day needs, up until last week. I go through the drive through to grab a pack of cigarettes and attempted to pay with card. She told me I’d be charged for using my card so I paid with cash AND SHE NEVER GAVE ME BACK MY CHANGE. It was only 75¢, but it would be different had I said keep the change. Now I go in today, and she said my card declined. But I go to sheetz and it went through? I won’t be returning, whoever the old owners are, I miss you. I suggest getting workers with half of a brain or simply bringing the old workers back that I loved seeing every day. I won’t be returning
