“In the middle of our 18 hour travel home, our vehicle's engine overheated. Not something you want when you're traveling with kids! We were able to get it off the interstate to the next exit, but by that time it was around 5:30 PM. We figured all the shops would be closed, but my husband suggested we call just in case. I called a couple of places that didn't answer or said they were closed. Steve was eating dinner when I called, but he came after a long day of work anyways. This is what he said when he came out, "I try to treat everyone the way I would want to be treated, and if I was on the side of the road I would want someone to come help me." He even met us the next day at the motel before hours to help get us back on the road. Above and beyond service!! Turns out the upper radiator hose sprung a leak because of a fan jostling it. Steve was able to order the part and get us on the road much sooner than we'd hoped. Our freon was also out of wack, and he was able to recharge our AC. What a blessing he was to us that day!! I even had a couple of questions after we left, and he didn't mind answering them when I called him back. It helped set our minds at ease for the rest of trip.
