Was taken care of by Tyler at Dallas PA location…he informed me on a few ways we could alter our plan to save money and helped me swap into a new phone within an hour with no problems or hassle. Had nice friendly conversation throughout the entire process. Great experience

Worst customer service and they just add things to your plan without tell you so they make more money off they sale. Also they don't do anything to help you when you have problem. Never new managers can't call higher up people in the company to help you figure out the problem you are having but they don't get paid to help just to sell you stuff

EDIT!!! If I could give this store zero stars, I would. A week after my initial review, I found that this store changed my phone plan without consulting me and I no longer had my HBO subscription. Cut to four months later, this past weekend I stopped in to get a replacement for my screen protector. The employee asked my for ID and phone number and entered my info into their tablet before realizing they were out of stock on the protectors. I left having barely spoken to this person. 10 minutes later, I received two texts from AT&T. I was enrolled in a $25/month home protection plan and in the “Turbo” program. Tried calling for two days before heading back in to get these taken off my account. Apparently, the employees here are notorious for pulling stuff like this. Straight up scammers. AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS!
Excellent customer service. I came in with a tricky situation and got top notch, friendly service.

Clara N at the Dallas PA AT&T phone store was exceptionally knowledgeable about helping me to replace my lost iPhone I would recommend going to that store anytime for anything related to the iPhone.

Jayzell was outstanding in helping me. I’m not very technical when it comes to any electronics. He was so patient and helpful the entire time. The store was extremely busy, he was the only customer service person there, and he maintained his composure he entire time and was so polite with everyone. I can’t say enough how outstanding he was. Thank you, Jayzell for making something I was dreading very pleasant. Great customer service.

Terrible experience. Was hung up on by the store representative. Called back and left message for a return call from the store manager that was promised and never received. There was a simple solution to my issue which I found out simply by calling another AT&T location.

Ashley is top notch in customer service. She encountered three new lines within 5mins of each other. And she took care of each of us swiftly with efficiency. She is awesome!
