“Sadly after ordering an over the counter medication paid online I was told by the drivethru clerk I couldn't pick it up at the drivethru I could only pick it up at front counter but made an exception this once. I pleaded with her as I mentioned I couldn't walk in as I have Bronchitis with Emphysema so had I tried to walk inside I could've had to sit vs standing at checkout. There was no other vehicle in drivethru at the time. Also the lady acted as if I had her go out of her way, no smile and after handing me my product she gave me a bland look and repeated she cannot do this again didn't thank me and closed window. Lady I'm a retired Head Store Mgr 70 years old. Sorry I inconvenienced you. I suggest you change your attitude at window for us senior citizens I didn't take advantage of you I needed your help because I couldn't just walk into the store due to my illness. I gave you a 4 out of 5 because you did the favor & I believe in being more than fair.”

“I love gaughans I got all 3 of my meds on my door today when I only called in 1 cause I had 2 days worth left the rest I had call dr to get refills I hadn't even been able to get hold of dr before all 3 were hanging on my door they are awesome they get hold of dr for my refills so I dont have to and automatically refill them when needed and deliver”
