“Dodie was the only associate on staff when my wife and I came to get her an iPhone. She had one customer when we arrived, but acknowledged our arrival and told us she would be with us in a moment. In the interim, two more customers came in and she welcomed them the same way.
In the time we were there, not only did she assist us but all the other customers as well. She divided her time between all of us and made sure that our needs were met. If you look up multitasking in the dictionary, her picture would be displayed!
Extraordinary customer service and extremely knowledgeable about all products in the store, as well as being able to work with Verizon Customer service to address issues that one of the customers problems with a satisfactory result.”
