I shop here multiple times a day, some of the staff are very kind and polite to me and my daughter. However there is some staff that are just plain lazy and don’t seem to want to be there like period. Yesterday I went to the turkey hill to get some drinks and I had purchased a larger drink and extra large soda, I took one step out the store and realized that the soda was straight seltzer so I returned back to the store where the staff member was talking to friends, I stated that the soda wasn’t good and the staff member told me I couldn’t get a new one and that I would have to buy another one. Meanwhile I didn’t leave the store instead of arguing I just bought a new one and left. I’m not a mean person or a horrible customer but I found that staff member told be rude and this wasn’t the first time that has happened to me. All the guys that work there are super nice and helpful and very kind to my daughter. That’s why I didn’t give the store a one star. But I literally go here multiple times a day and whenever I have an issue it’s a problem. The main issue I had was the drinks sometimes they are good sometimes not. Definitely learned my lesson though. For sure try the drinks before buying. I didn’t even think that was a thing but I guess it is. Often dirty when some staff are there when the guys are there it’s clean.

I always enjoy shopping here, but the new African American cashier is so sweet and awesome. I enjoy talking to him whether he's working or just in the store. He made my shopping experience better than it ever has been.

I shop here very often. Service is fast, employees are friendly. It does lack variety with somethings I like to purchase. If I need milk, redbull, coffee, ice cream, it's always a quick shopping experience.

horrible, rude, ignorant old man working. was told couldn’t give me change, and was HORRIBLY RUDE made a whole scene about it but yet still proceeded to give me change??? then decided to scream at me and follow me out of the store

Always out of fountain sodas, decided to grab a cup of ice and a 2 liter instead. 2 liter was EXPIRED. Addressed it to the cashier who seemed to care none. I went and grabbed a different one and went about my night.

Would have given it a higher rating if it weren't for today (4:30pm whatever shift that is considered). One of the associates are so ignorant ( at least to me), usually when I see he's working, I just turn around and walk out.His name is William. Sooooooo sorry William that I interupted your pleasure cell phone conversation to wait on me! Well, I guess it's better than picking your nose then waiting on customers. Next time I'll call you on it!Have a pleasant day !!

looked at the cashiers name tag to make this post, kimberly who works third shift was the MOST delightful cashier i have ever come across in this turkey hill. she was so sweet and had such a warm vibe to her!

The assistant manager that works 3rd shift is absolutely wonderful. Her name is Alyssa, I believe? Every night I go in there when she's on, she goes above and beyond. Answers all of my questions and does whatever she can to help. For example: A "friend" stole my wallet out of my purse a few weeks ago and they tried to get me to think I had left it on the counter at T. hill, but Alyssa went out of her way to check the tape and let me know that I, infact, put my wallet back into my bag. She didn't have to do that, especially since she was slammed with work that needed to be done and a steady flow of customers. She deserves a raise.!!!
