“Ray was very helpful in helping us switch providers. He was honest and up front about the products he sold, which we greatly appreciated. Extra products/promos were not pushed onto us. It took less than 1 hour to have 2 phones switched and data transferred. Would highly recommend this location.”

“I do my absolutely best to avoid Verizon, because I’m always fearful I’m going to have to deal with pushy sales reps who care more about their commissions and not enough about the needs of the customer. I can, honestly, say that I was pleasantly surprised visiting the Sherman’s Dale location! Alex took his time helping me & was SUPER informative. I didn’t feel pushed, confused, or like I was going to regret my decisions. Laid back environment & both the guys in there were awesome to chat/work with. Totally changed my perspective!”
