I love Harbor Freight and I shop there frequently. This location recently opened less than a mile from my house so that's even better! Friendly, helpful staff!

Love harbor freight for good quality tools at a great price. I get a lot of my car detailing microfiber cloths there. They're always running ads, coupons and free item coupons. Probably my favorite tool place to shop!

I love the store. The staff, they're outstanding. You have a question, they answer it. Need to know where something is, they point you right to it. The store is also clean and stocked - unlike some other stores stuff isn't thrown all over the place. In this store, everything is in place and priced right. There's plenty of parking too.

Watch out people. They're trying to scam you all the clearance prices. They have arrows that point down to items that aren't on sale. Walked out of the store and looked at my receipt and I proceeded back into the store and returned everything. Don't get scammed

This store is complete rip-off. I purchased an item and they did not offer a replacement plan Add purchase. The item did not work out of the box and because of my busy schedule. I didn't have time to return it. I have my digital receipt and I also have all the parts for the returned item.They said, since I do not have a replacement plan, they could not exchange it for the exact same item even though it's defective. So buyer beware.Do not purchase anything without a replacement plan or you will be screwed after the ninety days regardless if it's defective or not. The manager that works at this location does not have the education to have the position that he has does not have any customer service.They lost a Repeat customer over $17. I definitely will not be bringing my money back to Harbor freight ever again. And I hope that this message reaches the proper management to show them How unprofessional they are. Most of the people that are working there do not have a clue on how customer service works.Some of them don't even Have a clue of what tool is what. I honestly would rather pay extra money and get real name brand tools. Even Lowe's or Walmart would return something. There are ways around it. Good way to screw over the little guys that basically bring all the money. I will never shop a harbor freight again straight up.Rip off.
