TThe cashiers at this Rite Aid are the best in the city. They are so nice and friendly all the time. They seem to know everyone that walks in the store and is they don't they treat you as if they do. If they don't have the item you want they will try to get it for you. I want a specific muscle rub and they don't have it in stock they ordered it for me and now I have it! I love, love, love this store.

After months of horrific treatment at the Rite Aid in West Reading, I had my RX switched to the Shillington Rite Aid. The pharmacist here is kind, knowledgeable, attentive and very personable. I live within walking distance of the West Reading store, but the difference in staff is more than worth the drive. Than you!

The Lancaster Avenue location provides excellent service. Pharmacy has knowledgeable, caring and friendly staff. Regardless how busy they are, each customer is never rushed, questions are answered.

I have been going to this store for over 15 years. The pharmacy has been excellent at having my Rx in stock, and if not they will look up another location and call to see if they have what is needed. This is a step beyond and very helpful when dealing with chronic pain as well as other conditions. We also get our dogs Rx’s filled there. (When an equivalent human medication is applicable.The store is always clean and neat.

The management at this location is horrible, they treat people with disabilities as if they are worthless. People with disabilities have rights too!!!! The manager Mac should be fired effective immediately . I cannot believe they allow such individuals to even be in charge I will never shop here again in my life. everyone should boycott this store. DO BETTER.

I’m a student at the highschool a short walk from this RiteAid and have spent 100’s at this store picking up toiletries, cleaning supplies, pet food, snacks etc. I’ve never had a problem with the staff until today, after I initially walked in, I was perusing the aisles for about 10 minutes and one of the staff members started to follow me around. I went to the next and the next aisle and she continued to follow me until she tapped my shoulder and told me the store had implemented a new policy that required I leave my bag at the register. Not wanting to be humiliated any more around other shoppers, I put my bag by the register and the cashier thanked me for being understanding. I think it’s very convenient this policy only applied to me and had they told me sooner into my errand run I would have left and saved myself the humiliation. Not only is this extremely unprofessional but dare I say racially motivated, put a sign up and show me “the policy” or apologize for stereotyping young adults. I will never be shopping here again and I would recommend not shopping here either.

Extremely condescending and rude pharmacist. Called in to get my prescription transferred, pharmacist wouldn’t listen to anything I said long enough to hear which pharmacy I wanted my prescriptions transferred from. Pharmacist asked for my insurance, and I said I had a coupon to use. Ignored me and kept asking for insurance. Called later asking which pharmacy, and telling me my insurance isn’t paying for the medication. I KNOW. If you listened, you would know too.I come in to pick it up, and she continues to argue with me. Saying that there is a bin number on the coupon, but you didn’t ask for the freaking coupon.Maybe it was a misunderstanding, but if she actually listened for a second instead of being condescending and rude, this issue wouldn’t have happened.I think we all know how important it is for a healthcare professional to not be so dismissive of everything their patients say.
