If I could pick no stars I would We were set to pick up a truck after hours, we are moving to the poconos and close on a house at 11am. The location did not set up the after hours pick up we sat in the parking lot call the 800 number a 40 min wait they could not find us another truck they were sorry offered us a 50 dollar discount and someone would call us within 3 days. I close on a house tomorrow I have no truck no way to move our stuff and all I get is we are sorry and 50 you have to be kidding me right , you ruined everything for Us

Helped me out tremendously when I got into a little fender bender when someone cut me off and smashed a mirror slightly and also made me late for drop off, Chris the manager was the most helpful in getting me taken care of and I wasn't even sure at first it just took some time and being patient and he did take care of it, screw all the other bad reviews , as long as you talk to Chris the manager he'll sort things out, don't consult the regular employees about any problems you have is what I'm saying. Thank you to uhaul for helping us, I'd recommend this location any day
