They charged $150 to tow my car 3 miles. And the other reviews were right, they only take cash and they don't give you a receipt. The driver wanted to start up my car to drive it onto the bed even though I told him I thought the engine was blown. Whatever.Service: Car towing

I called today to get my car towed and diagnosed. Said I wasn’t sure the exact problem so he said he would call back after talking to the previous shop it was at. The owner then called me back and stating that for me to get the car towed (about a mile and a half to his shop) I would need to first come to his shop and give him $500. I asked “500 to get towed and diagnosed”? He replied with “yes you don’t know what’s wrong with it and I don’t want another car sitting in my shop. I told him I was trying to get my car fixed, not sit anywhere and he rudely said it would be $500 with no actual work being done on the car. It was clear he didn’t want me as a customer and talked in a very unprofessional manner the whole conversation. Never had such a bad experience at a shop I didn’t even end up using? Would not recommend calling if you want to be treated with respect and as a valued customer. Overall a disappointing experience and an embarrassing dismissal of a customer trying to get work done. Good luck to his next potential customer.

I've been taking my vehicles to TRAC for years now. I get them inspected there as well as any other services they may need. They are trustworthy and very honest. They always do great work and are very reasonably priced compared to other service centers.

Very immature to take responsibility for own actions very disrespectful in the phone when it came to installing my device took three days couldn't call me and update me when things were wrong with the interlock device and kept on saying it would be done it would be done but one can be an actual date then they keep on complaining about how my car isn't flawless
