Had a misfire on a 2017 Pacifica which required the intake manifold to be removed to diagnose. Very labor intensive job. Tom at KARS advised every step of the way what they were doing and in the end got it repaired at a reasonable price. I would highly recommended anybody looking for an honest shop with reasonable prices to check them out. Thanks KARS!!!

Great team at kars. Very knowledgeable and will not do anything without you approving it and if its not needed they will give you a timeline of how long you have until its needed. Take all my vehicles their and never one issue over the years of going to kars. My opinion is they are the most honest mechanics around.

Thom was incredibly friendly, thorough, and was able to get my car inspected much sooner than even expected which helped with my busy schedule that day. He was willing to accommodate my scheduling needs and that was appreciated. It’s evident that this business cares about the people they serve and strive for a great experience, which I absolutely had.
