Based on the reviews, LOWES DC 3462 has a very neat and clean shipping yard with lots of space and is orderly. The guard at the shack is incredibly kind, super helpful, nice, and professional with a good attitude. The check-in process is straightforward, and drivers can be in and out in less than 45 minutes. The facility is straight up spotless, and the staff are awesome. Drivers appreciate the effort, guidance, and dedication to the facilities. It is not a bad place to wait for a few minutes, but drivers must sign and turn back in paperwork before leaving the yard. It is unclear if overnight parking is available.

Security at gate gabbing away in guard shack … as I pulled up I interrupted them….

Check-in guard was nice and professional. Good attitude about her job and conversational for the short time I was at the gate. Drop and hook for me. I actually had to go to the front side of the bldg to get a trailer, but it was no big deal. In and out in less than 45 mins.
