“The folks at API are top notch in our book. We are on vacation from Ohio and needed a rear window on our Dodge 3500 (accidentally broke it as we were leaving for vacation to PA). Took them a few days to get the window in and made an appointment for the replacement. Only took a few hours to complete the job, we ended up just walking around town. After we had left and got on the road, got a phone call saying that after we pulled the vehicle out, they noticed rear end fluid on the ground and wanted us to know. We actually did know about the leak but forgot to say something. That's top notch customer service, going above and beyond and giving a customer a heads up like that. Would recommend this facility to anyone.”
“Highly recommend Gatesman Auto Body! While in Cook Forest for a weekend getaway, a deer hit my car. It wasn't drivable. My insurance had it towed to Gatesman. They did a fantastic job. You couldn't even tell it was ever damaged in the first place! I live over 2 hours away and have never been to Gatesman but if ever needed, I will make the drive back all that way for any auto body repairs! They also were so considerate and great to work with. They helped me get the right parts (not just blindly looking at part numbers), lent me the tools to fix my broken belt in the parking lot. And Marcia wouldn’t let me leave without using the bathroom to clean myself up. They saved the day for a very tired band trying to get home!”
