I encouraged my 92 year old father to go to Walter but regretted that decision. He failed to interact personally with my father and was unavailable to answer questions my dad had. He didn't give clear specific instructions as to what should be paid and to whom, that would be required of someone his age without internet, smart phone or even a debit/credit card. My dad is still quite lost and has unanswered questions about where and how his taxes were computed. Because he feels this office won't talk to him they must have taken his money and I think he had income that was significantly higher than last year, but with no one to explain that he thinks the worst. He feels if he contacts this office they won't talk to him as he wants to talk to the person that prepared his taxes, not a receptionist that tells him Walter is unavailable.
