Horrible customer service. I had an issue that needed resolved and rather than being polite and apologetic and giving a solution to the problem, I was given nothing but excuses. This is also the third time I’ve had an issue at the pharmacy.

The personnel have been very helpful and cooperative. They have handled prescriptions well and rechecked insurance sources when asked when prices seem to have changed. The managing pharmacists have been helpful, informative, and knowledgeable.

They have the friendliest employees, will work to get you the best prices, and can get you whatever you need quickly, even if they don't have it in stock.
I'll admit we had switched to CVS after this pharmacy didn't have what we needed in stock a few times. Then CVS started having massive pharmacist shortages and even though the prescriptions were supposedly there, we couldn't get them because CVS couldn't keep their pharmacy open.
We switched back and may have to wait a day for something to come in sometimes, but that's better than going back several times a day for a week hoping CVS will have enough staff to open up randomly.
We'll gladly keep this as our pharmacy from now on. Lesson learned.

Good Customer Service and very Clean and Organized at The Pharmacy.
Never seem to be long waits nor long lines either.

Your answering machine doesn't transfer to the pharmacy and has automatically hung up on callers every time I called in the last 3 months. It's getting really inconvenient to have to drive all the way up to the store to be told my prescription isn't there and this is like the 5th time EDIT: PHONE SYSTEM IS STILL BROKEN A MONTH LATER

I came across reviews for this location, accidentally. I was surprised about all the negative ones. I never had a problem with them in the past. I just went there today, and they were so nice and helpful, so much so that I asked their names so I can add them to my review. Kayla, the tech, had a smile as soon as I walked up to the counter. I not only got my script, but my husband texted me to ask about his. He was recently prescribed new ones. I wasn’t sure what I was asking about, I just read the text. Kayla was so kind to help me figure it all out. Then the pharmacist Bill comes over and tells me that my husband’s doctor just prescribed for something different since insurance didn’t cover the original order, and until that comes in, my husband didn’t need the accessories that went with it until the new one comes in. I thought that was very kind of him to let me know, especially if it changes again. Pharmacist Bill also mentioned something about one of my husband’s previous prescriptions. He knew so much about it and our insurance, without looking it up. That’s how the Ma & Pa pharmacies are, and it seems Giant Shrewsbury pharmacy is the same. They know their customers. I love that. I think this is a great pharmacy to go to.

Today was the third time I showed up to get my prescription just for them to tell me that it wasn't ready. There have been multiple days in between the refill request/order and when I have gone in to get the prescription. There is no reason for it not to be ready. However, I am continually being told to come back and get it at another time. I took time out of my day to come get this prescription and now I'm wasting even more time because it wasn't ready. I was offered no apology. Really disappointed.

This pharmacy and their workers are rude and unhelpful. I always seem to have some sort of issue here and instead of being considerate and trying to help, they are blunt and dismissive. the main male pharmacist is the worst of them all and was very rude to me when i was trying to discuss my issues. i do not recommend coming here you are better off at CVS

Unbelievably incompetent, poorly organized, no attention to detail, I cannot say enough terrible things about this pharmacy. My families prescriptions have never once been filled correctly. Their text and phone call reminders do not reflect what is actually going on. Go anywhere but here.
