I recently visited this business on a non busy day & for the first time. I went in for a simple Manicure. Someone asked me what service I wanted, directed me to choose a color and sit with Belle/Bella. I tried small talk but she didn't respond. The tech next to her answered for her. Let me just say you should be careful what you say in your native language especially while sitting in front of the customer.(Because I understood) Belle did a lot of huffing as if in frustration. The experience was bland, lacked customer service skills with the actual service being just good. I did not feel welcomed nor did I enjoy the visit. Not going to be a return customer.

My go to spot for spa pedicures. I have never had a bad experience here. Today I had Helen and she did amazing. They also recently upgraded their facility/ chairs and everything is newer & extra comfortable.

I’m all ready for the 4th! Always a pleasant visit to get my nails done. Not to mention drink’s offered, free back massage while you dry. Thank you- my nails look awesome!!

We have been to Golden Tree a few times now. We typically get powder manicures and they always do a great job. They don’t lift which is a huge plus! The place is clean and everyone is very nice!

First time coming here, was quoted $35 on the phone for a gel manicure, then they charged me $40 (no design or anything extra), no big deal. But the worst manicure I’ve ever had. Very rushed, took under 40 mins from the time I walked in the door until the time I paid. They had me pick out my polish as she was actively using the drill on one hand. The polish is steaky, lumpy and uneven, there’s air bubbles under the polish, and it’s see-through in some areas. Large parts of my nails were left unpolished. The filing in the pictures is what it looks like after I filed it myself afterwards, it was filed uneven, rounded (asked for square), and some nails were slanted and crooked.
I really wanted to like this salon, but just a bad experience.

Congratulations to Golden Tree Nails. The owners have opened up a beautiful new Spa just a couple doors up. Their work is fabulous. They value their customers and they treat them like family. Could not imagine getting my nails done anywhere else. Great service, very professional, very clean, and owners that value their customers. What more can you ask for? Thank you Jerry and Danni for giving us such a beautiful place to come in for our services. I highly recommend this business.

I have been coming to them for quite some time. I come from Baltimore because the atmosphere is great and relaxing never had a bad experience. I pick up my granddaughter and we have great bonding time. They treat us both GREAT!!! Can not wait to go to the new location!!!
