I bring my two boys here. My older son is easy, he sits, gets his hair cut and is done in about 10 minutes. The hair stylists are always welcoming and friendly. My younger son is a different story. He is very difficult and crying everytime…let’s just say he’s calmer at the doctor getting shots than getting his hair cut…the ladies here are amazing with him! I can’t say enough about them or express my gratitude for them!

Just went for the 1st time and the last time, I asked for a skin fade didn't get it, both sides of my head are uneven, my sideburns aren't right and are messed up, I will never go here again!!!

I requested a simple cleanup for my son’s hair, but unfortunately, the hairstylist completely botched the job. The sideburns are uneven, and the neckline looks terrible. We left with a haircut that looked unfinished and poorly done.

If I could give this site a no star review I would. I asked for her to clean up around the edges of my sons hair, he was letting it grow out. She charged me for a full hair cut because she said she had to cut around his ears to blend it. But it was uneven and she missed several spots and I had to ask her to fix it.Then my son admitted to me, crying the whole way home, that she had dug in with the comb and scraped his neck with the shaver. Just another Hack Shack.

This is a very convenient and affordably priced place to get a haircut. I absolutely recommend the online check-in, otherwise you may have to sit for a while. If you use the app, check in one line and arrive when you're schedule, you shouldn't have to wait for than 3 or 4 minutes for a haircut. Make sure you tell them when you arrive that you checked in on-line.Jen, the manager, is very nice as are most of the staff.

I got my hair cut this morning, it looks and feels great! Very happy with the results. Plus it's super affordable!I just wanted to add, I'm a stay at home mom of a 19 month old. I was able to have my daughter sit on my lap the entire time. Which was nice!
