Can’t complain has a lot to choose from and people give your space which is nice because i just wanna be in my zone at the gym it would be 5 stars if it didn’t close so early and be completely closed on the weekends but that is because they lack Volunteers other than that the place is practically perfect and the best...

Incredible place to start working on yourself mentally and physically. Never too crowded, nice atmosphere, and nice people. Was the best decision I made to start improving myself.

We are an outreach of The Y.R.D.C (York Regional Dream Center). We are a 5 0 13-C nonprofit organization that provides a fully functional gym to the community. We welcome everybody, and hope to build relationships so they would come to know the Love of JESUS CHRIST.
