Cancelled or blocked our cards without letting us know there was a red flag. They sick and we are transferring banks asap

I've been banking with Peoples for years never had any problems. I transferred money from one account today to another account with Orrstown and money is not posted yet. Also was going to deposit a check and they wanted to put a 7 day hold on it. Never had this happen with People's bank. WILL BE CLOSING ALL MY ACCOUNTS THIS WEEK!!!

Just depostied checks from my work. (Billion dollar company) and was told I can't get it put into my account for 3 days while the checks clears. I will take my banking needs somewhere else. Thanks ogrestown

While everyone else gets there pay check around 2-3 am I don’t get mine till after 7:30 on Friday which sucks cause I wake up at 4am every Friday before having this bank and pay bills before work now that I have this bank I can’t do it till Saturday morning and calling people on weekends sucks to pay bills I’m going back to navy federal credit union the Processing there is always on time and ready to go plus there credit card is actually through the bank as PeoplesBank use 3rd party which I hate cause 3rd party doesn’t make a good standing with the bank like Navy federal credit union credit card

Absolutely the worst branch I've been to. They don't care about customer service or satisfaction. I have been a customer for nearly 14 years but after today, I'm going to strongly evaluate if I'm going to stay with them.

The people here are great and the customer service that has been rendered in situations was some of the most considerate yet professional I've experienced in all of my years as a businessman. If you're like me and not interested in a bank synonymous with corruption and prefer the excellent customer service and familiarity commonplace in a small bank but that still feels like a big bank, this is probably your best bet.
