I have had nothing but good experiences at this branch. The staff has been helpful and courteous. I have had every question or concern answered and solved quickly.

I had my receptionist call to inquire about business accounts. Steve picked up the phone, and gave her all the information we needed. No fuss, and it didn't matter that she is an agent. Will definitely be bringing my business here, because Orrstown hung up on her (very unprofessional) and M&T are stuck in the 20th century.

Went here to certify some documents. The teller, Nicole, was very patient and friendly. She helped me sort out the legality of certification and certified all my documents. Other staff members were also very welcoming.
