Have been trying to call for over a week. No
One answers the phone. I stopped by Saturday to pick up Vacation mail. I was told it was in York PA. I drove to York PA and they said it had already been sent to Shrewsbury. I expected it to be Delivered on Monday. NADA. I called this am .. no answer. I drove over and they said they just received it from York. Stayed York probably did not find it until I had left a d then sent it back down. I asked about no one answer the phone ???? and they said several people have looked at it and no one can fix it. We have a lot of elderly people in our community. This is all unacceptable.

When my regular mail carrier is substituted, there are problems, like no mail for several days, outgoing mail isn't taken, even with red flag up, I get wrong mail, etc. Workers in post office are usually polite and helpful, although they are overworked and shorthanded. With the price of postage these days, one would expect better service. I think lot of it is a government problem more than the workers.

This isn’t my home post office but it’s closer than the one that delivers to me and the people are so much nicer and more helpful.
This is actually the best post office in the area if you need to go into a post office for something.

I went in with a package I wanted to ship overseas. My first time ever doing this, so I was obviously ignorant. They were helpful (hence 3 stars) but the man seemed bored and annoyed. Overall, the positivity from the place is a 2/10, they're helpful but sometimes have an attitude with it. Like, excuse me for being and idiot I guess.

Spoke with Tom on the phone, he mumbled and was hard to understand, was not interested in getting the information I needed and was quick to get off the phone. Disrespectful and non helpful.

They are always nice to me. I enjoy going to this post office. I’ve never had any troubles and I do ecommerce online (within the last year) so am here a lot.

Todd is the least professional government employee that I have ever encountered. 0/10 would recommend going to this post office for anything.

Good Customer Service.
Hardworking staff who are often under lots of pressure. Still the staff always maintain their grace.
The U.S. Postal Staff answer all inquires from mailing options to costs of postage globally to tracking capability.
The Post Office also process Passports through scheduling appointments online.
As well, the Shrewsbury, PA branch sells/ offers a varoety of stamps whether for use or for those who are bonafide Philatelists.

Do not come here for a passport. Very ignorant staff who will try to rush you through the process.

Do not try to get a passport here! I watched a woman be told for the second time that her CONFIRMED time slot was not in the system so it wasn't valid! Then I was told my CONFIRMED passport time also was not valid - I CALLED at 9 am and asked questions regarding my 10 am appointment - at no time was I told I wasn't in the system!This is ridiculous - the Post Master clearly doesn't know how to do her job!! She literally threatened the police and walked out back.
