Sunday morning great experience. The store was kind of busy and we were not aware we should have made an appointment. Nick L. Did a great job managing the appointments and the walk-in traffic. He was extremely professional and hit us everything we needed and more than we expected. Great customer service and product knowledge. We left to the store 100% satisfied with our experience. I went in for an upgrade and the salesman, Tim was extremely helpful. We had hit a snag because I didn't know some of my account information. He was extremely patient walking me thru the process of gaining the information needed. He also steered me in the direction of my new phone purchase by listening to what was most important for me and making a suggestion based upon that.

Matt is terrific. My first experience with Matt was over a year ago when he was with his manager Emily and he actually came back in the store to help me vs going on his break. Today I walked in to get new phones to and I was over joyed to see my favorite TCC assistant Matt. I am so happy to say he was so informative with asking the right questions to engage in a conversation to help me realize that there was much he could offer to save me money on my bill. He
spent quality time with me while helping with giving guidance to his assistant Tim. Kudos to him for his outstanding work and customer service.

Matt at the TCC Verison store in Shrewsbury was so very helpful! He found a great deal for me so I could buy a new phone without a substantial increase in my monthly charges. He also saved me money by pointing out how my daughter and I could save by using family plans. Thanks to Matt, switching out my phone was a very good experience.

Working with Matt and Emily on adding lines and changing our service to best address our needs now. They were amazing in helping me find the best deals for what we wanted and went above and beyond in making a seamless transition for services.
