Deliveries are generally on time, but billing process is a mess. Twice I have received order confirmation after giving my card info, and a delivery, then later an invoice arrives saying I owe because either my card was never charged or it was and I'm being double billed. I also get billed at a surprise date for some rental fee that was never even explained to me, nor am I ever given advance notice. Also, a strange $2 charge with no explanation keeps appearing on invoices but is not being paid when I give my credit card. Been at least 4 months now. Get your billing right and get 5 stars

Requested delivery on Friday, January 12th with tank at 35%. On Friday, January 19th I received a text saying delivery had been attempted but was not completed due to a road closure. There was no road closure anywhere around me. At that point my tank was down to 20%. I called and was told we would be put on an expedited ticket. On Tuesday, January 23rd my tank was between 5-10 % and my husband called to find out about our delivery and was told we were scheduled for “tomorrow “. Gas was finally delivered on the 23rd!

Customer Service is HORRIBLE. I paid $800 to have my propane tank filled. Two months later I receive an invoice for $116 (and change) for tank rental. Long story short, I've spoken 3 times to their customer service area that by the way, you cannot understand what they are saying, and told them I am not paying the invoice. I've also submitted two online emails and have gotten no response. In the meantime, I am re-invoiced changing the $116 to $113. Last night I got a call about the invoice (do these people not make notes on my account). I repeated my story to someone who obviously does not understand the English language (or speak it) to which she replied there is a $30 late fee. I told her, come get the tank when it's empty because I will be finding another local propane supplier as I am totally dissatisfied with their customer service. I must say the person that delivered the propane was on time and very friendly. Bad move on offshoring your customer service Amerigas. You've very long standing customer.

I appreciate the no hassle experience. They make it simple and easy to do business with them. I have no worries about running out of propane. There drivers come do there thing and leave. Most times we don’t even know there here until we get a notification saying the gallons put in. Prices are fair.

Your “call center people” are absolutely awful. You should have kept your local offices open. The local offices cared and were professional. Now when I call I can’t understand what they are saying and it sounds like there is a party going on in the background.

Appreciate that gas is delivered automatically on time. Feel that the tank rental fee is expensive. I pay more for the tank rental annually than I pay annually for the gas I use.

My sister and brother in law has been without gas for 3 days now since Friday July 14, 2023. After many many calls, with only I am so sorry someone will be there maybe tonight or tomorrow (Sunday). Unable to use the stove or shower. It has been so so frustrating! Can’t even heat water for a sponge bath or wash up! My Sister had a stroke 2 months ago walks very slowly with a walker and needs 24\7 care…… well I think Monday they need to call someone else for services, they have been a coustmer for probably 30+ years never late with payments and were on auto refill….. Every single call operator said that they were not on auto fill!!!! That is down right B.S. I fill so bad and am fuming over ther situation…. Shame on you guys, so thankful I have natural gas!!
