Burger was over cooked... make it 2 patties instead of one big meatball... wanted rare but was well done. Uograde the fries from generic krinkle cuts too...quantity isn't always better. Great staff and service.

I love what I call hole in the wall places (no reference to the places themselves) hidden gems that are really good. They are cash only (atm on site) one burger and limited menu. I had the belly buster and it is a really good flavored burger with fresh crisp toppings. Fries were crisp and all the staff very friendly. If your in the area and want good food or a drink this is a great place.

The only option after a long day on the river and it knocks it out of the park every time. Love the Hilton!

The Legendary Halton Hilton. For those that don't know, read and enjoy...The original owner, John, was a character to say the least. He would chat with you about anything, if he liked you... The "original" Halton was the worst/best dive bar I have ever been to, and I'm 43 and have covered a lot of ground in my life. At one point (not now) the Halton was so bad that it was great! The burgers were always good, the fries were always good, and the beer was always cold. However, the bar itself reached a state of legend, in a negative way...lol. At times John was closed down to serving venison instead of beef. The bar stock was closely monitored by cats, to the point of having to chase them out of the liquor cabinet in order to get any particular bottle for a shot or drink request. The men's room had a hole in the floor so large that you could drop a basketball through it. The ladies room door didn't close so you better have a friend stand guard. These are just a few of the things that led to the Legend Of The Halton Hilton! Even with all that, us locals appreciated John's dedication to serving good food! He would consistently search our the best beef and best potatoes to serve to his loyal customers!Nowadays, the Halton has been taken over by his Nieces and is a nice place to enjoy the same huge burgers and delicious fries! They have also added several things to the menu like big ol hot dogs, chicken strip baskets, and a handful of appetizers. If you're a local you'll enjoy the nostalgia of what used to be. If your a newbie, you'll enjoy some tasty food and cold drinks. Greg is a Rockstar behind the bar, and all the staff is always friendly and helpful. Tip them accordingly! This is not a fancy place. It never was, and I'm sure will never be. This is a favorite spot of locals and campers alike. Come check out the legend of the Belly Buster for yourself.

We hit the Hallton Hilton when we complete our kayaking or riding side-by-sides. Great burgers. Just a fun place way out of town to hang out with friends.
