Customer service beyond compare! I went in at 8am to buy a replacement belt for my lawn tractor and Steve, the service manager, not only assisted me, but then discounted my service call because I had literally used the tractor three times since the last time it went to Little’s for a maintenance service. He promised a repair that day or the morning of the next day. The friendly gentleman, didn’t get his name, then came before 4pm the same day and repaired in less time than my husband could watch a YouTube video to do it himself. Truly incomparable service, you have made a loyal customer after today. Thrilled with the courtesy and customer service. Small town business worth supporting.

Very helpful sales person when I was in need of a mower. They had it assembled and ready to use when we arrived. They also helped load it onto the truck and tie it down.

Great local lawn and outdoor equipment store. They usually stock every part that I need. Parts staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help troubleshoot. Decent Stihl selection and pricing is comparable to the big box stores. I have used the service department a few times for smaller power tools and their customer service is top notch. I have not purchased any of the larger machines but they do seem to have a decent stock on premise. I have never had anything but positive experiences here. Two thumbs up!

We have been loyal John Deere customers for over 20 years, however, based on the experiences we have had and poor communication practices with Little's over the past 5 years, we will re think John Deere as an equipment option in the future. We take our tractor in for repairs, weeks go by, no updates. We called last week for an update and were told we'd have the tractor back by the weekend. The weekend came and went. Called this morning and were told it was being held for payment. We paid the bill on the phone and were told we get it tomorrow. We would have paid last week only no one told us that was required. Before you buy a piece of equipment, do your homework on who is selling it to you. If it is Little's, reconsider.

Great place for all of your John Deere lawn mowers and tractors, as well as Stihl Chain Saws, Leaf Blowers and Trimmers. They also have a great service department and chain sharpening service for your chain saw chains.

Friendly service for your John Deere products, I've never had a problem getting parts. I've had work done by their shop and have to say they don't seem very organized - they have yet to deliver/complete a job it the timeframe they promised. So 5 stars for the parts/counter folks but a 2 star reduction because the shop seems unable to complete work as promised.

Received a flyer for Maintenance for ride mower in February, called to have mower picked up for normal maintenance, still as of today do not have mower back. Steve, who works there would even call me, and then was told Jim would call Me after I spent 369.00 and trying to charge me another 54.00 for something they did not do correctly.Dettweiler's was great, no problems, and Moyer's took care of there customers!!! This Littles are all about money. Will not give them any more money from my pocket!! Finding another lawn maintenance for my ride mower. You guys suck!!!!!!!!
