Even on a cloudy gray day, this was a very lovely drive to Factory Antiques. It is a beautiful area with wonderful views. The store is a big, old factory, with three floors of amazingness. Most important was the friendly welcome we received from the gentleman upon entry. You can feel the history within the building ~ it truly seemed as if every piece for sale had a fascinating story behind it. Be sure to read the price tags ~ the descriptions alone of these vintage items are so worth the trip ~ even if you do not make a purchase. Every corner, from floor to ceiling, is filled with intriguing offerings ~ many remembered, many unimaginable. Gorgeous furniture, home decor, jewelry, albums, toys, kitchenware...more simply put ~ e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g. Plenty of parking, clean store with brilliant presentation and a super kind greeting the moment you enter...we look forward to many awesome returns.

Three floors of a bewildering collection of... everything! Tools, dolls, furniture, maps, butter churns, old swords, trains and even a light made from a tomato can. Well worth the visit.

Three floors and plenty to see. The prices are very democratic but it takes a long time anything

Pretty interesting place. Just keeps going because they have so much stuff in there. You can probably find what you want in there

An antiques co-op that has been around for a long time and is still going strong. Three floors of antiques and collectibles. I was pleased with the items I purchased. Would have likely bought a few more items, but prices were high, even when requesting a best price. Faded tickets gave away that certain pieces had been in the shop for a long time.

I wanted to love this place but they are so pricey!! I was hoping that each booth it qould feel like a variety of prices but lwft empty handed. I liked the stuff they had but I just feel like I could get the same stuff for half the price at other locations.

I have been going to this antiques coop for 15 to 20 years, and each year I have spent several hundred dollars. For the first time last weekend, rather than purchasing a "small", I bought a somewhat large, and very heavy, cellar cupboard. I had spoken with the owner, Ms Tagg, and an employee before I bought it to ensure I would have help getting it out of the building. I am a 65 year old woman, and unable to move it out myself. On multiple occasions I was assured there would be someone to help me.Then they took my money and the story changed - I would have to bring someone along to get it out of the building! Well I don't have anyone to help, and that's why I asked to be sure there would be someone there. The woman I spoke with suggested sometimes there are men in neighboring buildings who will help, but you can't count on them being there. That's what they call help? Thus, I was misled, lied to. What I was told before purchasing the cupboard was not true, and in my experience, when dealers are dishonest about one thing, they are dishonest about other things as well. Not only was the ownership deceptive, but the dealer simply emptied it and left it in place. That meant I had to move many surrounding items he was selling in order to get it out. Is he that lazy that he can't even move the cupboard a little ways so a 65 year old woman can get access to removing it? He left me to rearrange stuff in HIS booth so I could get to the cupboard to get it out?As a long term faithful customer I felt disrespected, abused and crapped on, frankly. Is this anyway to treat any customer, let alone a long term one? Why not put a sign up at the register stating that customers will need to remove large items by themselves, rather than lie to them? Why not be honest and straightforward from the getgo? For example, the Zionsville Antique Mall has a sign at the cash register to this effect - if you purchase a large item you will need to bring your own help to remove it.That is treating customers with respect! As a result, I don't buy large items there. But the alternative of not giving customers fair warning in this regard, and then misleading them, is a horrible business practice.I walked out of there today and will never return. They have lost a heck of a good customer. I need a bunch of wooden crates, which Tim has and I had planned to buy several of them. But I will no longer buy any of his stuff either in that coop or in others where he sells. This is inexcusable. Yes - they have nice stuff, but there are many other coops having nice stuff where they treat people with kindness and respect. Any other antiques dealer will get it out of the building for you. This 65 year old woman is happy to do half of the moving job, but I can't do it all, and I certainly can't tolerate being lied to.Dr. Faith Fenderson
