“Just moved back to PA after living out of state for a few years and J's has made everything dealing with my car super easy. I was concerned about finding a reliable and honest mechanic in the area, but J's is definitely my go to now! When I got my oil change, they even walked me through what I had to do to get my tags and title switched and recommended a great tag shop. Their prices are fair and as someone with little to no car knowledge, it was nice that they took the time to explain things to me having to do with my car as opposed to just handing me a bill. Above and beyond any mechanic I've dealt with in the past. Definitely recommend!”

You will receive a better product for a lower price going through Meenan. 5+ stars highly recommend!!”
“Marco and Dean are phenomenal mechanics and their price point is the best I’ve seen in the tri-county area. There is no shady dealings or phantom issue, they tell you everything they need to do and cost. They will even give you options on cheaper parts (like Asian made break pads vs American made) and will give there opinion on what they think the best move is.”

“We have been using this shop for transmission service for years. I recently got burned on a used car purchase for my son who was soon returning to college - the check engine light was disabled by an unscrupulous seller to hide a serious transmission problem and I fell for it. John performed a prompt and thorough diagnosis without charging. After partial disassembly began to replace a component and the transmission’s internal wear could be assessed, a complete transmission replacement was recommended to reduce the potential for future problems. John quickly located and installed a reasonably priced used unit (as Subaru CVT’s are not currently rebuildable) which allowed my son to meet his back-to-school deadline and didn’t break our budget. The communication, dedication, and integrity of this shop is outstanding. Look no further!”
“These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. These are one of the best guys here and don’t want ANYONE leaving unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“Just moved to PA from NJ. I'm adapting to pumping my own gas. Went for gas today and a store employee was waiting to pump my gas! He was so friendly & nice. I believe they do state inspections & repairs here, too. It's the most local gas station to me so I'll absolutely be back. Doesn't matter that gas is kind of on the more expensive side. Totally worth it?”
“They're busy and you should call ahead to schedule appointments. I've been using their service for over three years and I've had issues where I drop off the car the night before, but they forgot about it, and serviced it late the following day. I've experienced the typical upselling techniques of pushing products when unnecessary so make sure you know what you're going in to; however, I continue to return and do business with them because of proximity convenience and are consistent with pricing. I give them four stars because they're seriously lacking in the customer service department. They could use some "soft" skills such as simply saying "good-bye" or "thanks" at the end of transactions. I feel like I'm being rushed on the phone or in the store, similar to ordering takeout at a local restaurant.”

Despite moving, I still drive 30- 40 minutes to JN because I am impressed by their work, what they diagnose is real, and I know they are genuine in their pricing. It’s a real ‘shop’ - so don’t expect fancy remodeled waiting rooms and marble floors like at the dealer, BUT do expect people that care, much more affordable pricing, and dependable service without ‘surprise add-o a’. So happy places like this still exist in today’s world - a real Honest shop with honest pricing and work. :)”
“Had my 2019 Subaru WRX STI rebuilt here. Jose was very good with keeping me updated with the entire process. They took pictures of the car during the rebuild. Once I got the car back I immediately felt a difference. Amazing work to the team over at PSI PROformance! Definitely recommend them!”

“Bought a car here and from the first phone call to picking up the vehicle George and Melanie were so nice and helped make the process very smooth. I was informed of every little detail about the car and the buying process. They definitely go the extra mile and when I left to drive home 1,200 miles away I felt I had a safe and trustworthy vehicle to get me home. I am very happy with the whole experience and I got lots of love from their two adorable dogs while waiting for all the paperwork. It was very fast as everything was already signed and completed before I even got there. Definitely a great place and I will recommend this place to family and friends I have in the area.”

Finding an honest mechanic is tough, but these guys really earned my trust. They have always been upfront about everything, explained what actually needed fixing, and didn’t try to sell me on anything extra. They won’t just throw parts in your car if it’s something that can’t be diagnosed. If the vehicle needs something they are very detailed and provide pics of what needs replacing. Highly recommend.
