I needed a few things and I was in the area. I drive past here a few times a week and honestly, never noticed it. First, your front of store needs attention. Clear the trash, get weed spray, repaint some lines. In store, you can smell the neglect. Oil and dust smells bad. It's unfortunate because I normally visit another AAP and no way would I compare them. They would not be close enough to be considered. In fact the other location I would rate a 5 star. The prices are higher here. How do I know? The same product, gallon of car window cleaner, cost 3x's more then another store less then 1/4 mile away. I'd add that caution is advised when exiting onto 422 especially, if you are traveling west bound. The 2 stars included because your location is convenient.
I wanted to update your stars to ⭐⭐⭐. Since my previous post, the parking area was cleaned up. Looks great, keep up the good work.

I came here for a new battery based on advertisements. I was told the battery person didn't show up to work, so check back later. So I checked back several hours later and there was still no one to provide a battery.
It seemed so casual that they couldn't provide the goods/services they advertise outside. There was no request for a phone number to let me know when i could come back or any effort whatsoever.
I drove further to another chain but regret two wasted trips here. Just close it down already

Nothing like showing up at 5:30, seeing multiple "open" signs, all the lights on...but doors locked. Went down the street to kill time in case an employee was in the bathroom. Came back to still locked doors

I will be back for any automobile needs I have. Zach was fantastic at working the problem with my battery. Between Zach and Chris, the problem was solved, and I have a running car. All the employees were very nice and personable.I will never set foot in another Auto Zone again! They need to close down and could learn a lot from this crew.

I stopped in this arson at this Advanced Auto location for wipers and a new battery for my key fob. Brittany helped me with all of it, and she was wonderful! Professional, knowledgeable, handy and gave GREAT customer service. I was very thankful and grateful for her help today.
