I really loved that they had the option for indoor storage, especially because I have some old furniture that I wanted protected and I ended up having my things here for 3 years. The only reason I’m taking it out is because I finally bought a house and have a place to permanently put my things! :) I also love the option to have autopay on because I didn’t have to worry about the idea of accidentally not paying. This was my first time using a storage unit so I didn’t know how long they keep your things if you forget to pay and I was nervous about that but I’ve never had any issues over the past 3 years. The whole experience was super easy and worry free and lovely. The “move out” was also super easy. I had other people pick up my things and they simply said if it was empty and the lock was off, then they would mark me as being “moved out” and end my autopay but if they weren’t able to take everything that day, they wouldn’t assume I was moved out or throw anything away. They would just wait for everything to be picked up. So that was super easy as well. Thank you so much!

Excellent customer service! Honest and not price gouging like other storage facilities! Friendly and honest!
I’ve rented several storage spaces over the years and there was always something not right. Poor customer service, no carts, mice, theft, indifference to customers needs, to name a few.
I noticed the difference with the first phone call. Staff is kind, professional, friendly, It’s so refreshing! I wish there were more locations with this level of courtesy!!
The facility is very clean! They tend to details and keep their word.

The manager here, Rachel Eshbach is a wonderful person to work with and did a great job helping us. She definitely deserves 10 stars. When we realized we had a unit bigger than we needed she helped us find a smaller one close to our original. She’s awesome!!
The storage facility itself was okay. We rented here for 2.5 years, in that time our rent increased 3-4 times. Right after we started renting the gate broke and wasn’t fixed until 1 month before we moved out. It definitely bothered me because of all the rent increases and then not having that extra bit of security with the gate being open all the time. Now it works great though. You get a gate code.
The ground is all gravel and can be a bit bumpy. We didn’t have any issues with flooding, mice or break ins. We did have mold growth on our stuff but that was our own fault. There were some spiders and tiny bugs that eventually made their way in. Overall it was a good experience. Thanks for everything Rachel!
