Some staff at this store are rude and disrespectful. Since the CVS app received a major update, I have had trouble using my coupons. The staff at this store were very resistant to use my coupons that were on my app, clipped to my card. When they did manually apply them, it negated using another coupon, which staff found funny. I waited at least 40 minutes attempting to solve this issue, just to leave the store empty handed and feeling disrespected.

Customer service is hit/miss here depending on who you get and who wants to do their job. I’ve been on a med for 5 years and no1 reached out to my prescriber for prescription refill until I showed up. I’ve been at other CVS’ and it has always been completed or texted to me to extend.
Meanwhile, I’ve also have great customer service regarding my sons’ meds when I walked in.
So much apathy here, it’s bewildering.

3 in effort and 10 in making you wait.
Friends already left for the wise pharmacy. I'm stubborn. Not having a inhaler ready after 12 hours seems a bit like less the 3 effort

CVS is THE very best store. Using coupons, buy 1 get 1 50% off, buy 1 get 1 for $1, etc. my total cost of purchases is always greatly reduced. I've used other pharmacies. My move a few years ago was to a location where CVS is very close. That's when I started going to CVS and learned that it is THE very best store
One negative comment: The yellow tags (showing bargains) in the over-the-counter bargains cause frustration in the vitamin/drugs areas. They hang over the items and make it impossible to find what you need. One has to lift the yellow tags up to see the shelved items.
I remain a very loyal customer. Thank you!

I shop at CVS for certain items only because I get better deals and prices. I love my rechargeable batteries they are not found everywhere and not at the reasonable prices.

My fiancé recently had an unfortunate experience at the pharmacy this morning. We were in the ER all day and night with our son and needed to pick up the prescribed medications as soon as the pharmacy opened. However, the pharmacist, Matthew Yost, lacked empathy and kindness in his interactions.
Upon arrival, Matthew informed us that he did not have the prescription. In response, my fiancé called the ER doctor and handed the phone to Matthew. However, Matthew rudely refused to speak with the doctor, stating he doesn't take people's phones. While I understand his reasoning, the issue was his response when my fiancé asked for the direct line number. Matthew snapped back, telling my fiancé to have the ER doctor look it up themselves. Even the ER doctor, who was on the phone, was taken aback by this unhelpful and unpleasant response.
Considering the overall rating of the pharmacy is 2.2 stars, it seems clear that Matthew's behavior may be a contributing factor. It is unfortunate to encounter such unprofessionalism in a pharmacist, especially when dealing with individuals who are sick and in need of medication.

I always go here to pick up my meds. Even when it’s not ready I tell them at the pick up counter and they tell me to wait for my name. I waited in line for the pick up counter like I always do, then she tells me I need to go to the drop off counter where there is another line of problems that take forever to solve. Finally I put my name in which took not even a minute that I could have just done at the original counter I was at. She said she would call my name when it is ready. They called the lady before me and she went to the drop off counter to pick it up. I got a text so I went to the drop off counter. Waited in line AGAIN just for her to tell me I need to go to the pick up line that has 5 people waiting in it. They need to be consistent with all employees and customers because they currently aren’t. Waited 45 minutes.

The people that work there I have found really try to be helpful. The problem is they are so understaffed that it is ridiculous. This is a company problem and the same with other CVS I’m seriously considering taking my prescriptions to Rite Aid.
The phone system is always ridiculous and when you’re backed up in line, you can just hear the phones ringing and ringing and ringing .

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience at CVS pharmacy, primarily due to the unacceptable behavior of the pharmacist, Matt. From the moment we approached the pharmacy counter, Matt was condescending and disrespectful, speaking down to both my wife and me. His demeanor was so appalling that it left my wife in tears.
The issue arose when my wife needed to complete a pledge for a particular medication. After fulfilling the pledge requirement, we approached Matt to order the medication. Instead of providing assistance, Matt attempted to upsell us the most expensive option available. When we requested the generic version, which we are entitled to as consumers, Matt callously claimed that it wasn't in stock and insisted on another pledge, effectively rendering the previous one useless and forcing us to purchase the expensive alternative.
What infuriates me even more is the fact that the generic medication is indeed stocked by CVS, as confirmed by the federal website. Matt deliberately chose to withhold this information and push us towards the costlier option, all for the sake of profit. His actions have not only caused unnecessary distress to my wife but have also jeopardized her health by delaying access to the medication she needs.
It is abundantly clear that Matt's behavior is utterly unacceptable and reflects poorly on CVS as a whole. Immediate action must be taken by CVS management to rectify this situation. Matt should be terminated from his position, and CVS needs to address and correct the systemic issues that allowed such behavior to occur in the first place. As a customer, I demand accountability and assurance that steps will be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
