Racial profiling in clear sight, at least the associate didn’t put her hands on me. Definitely would’ve been a different review! New associates definitely need training on customer service. Thank you to the young lady NAISHALIS for assisting.

I would give them negative stars. Worse pharmacy ever. The staff has a high turn over and they are nasty. The staff lie. Been trying to get my prescriptions transferred gone in more than once and the pharmacist from my new pharmacy has called them more than once they claim they didn’t the transfer which they did not. No one ever picks up the phone. I had to get new prescriptions from my doctors. They are terrible and the store is extremely dirty. Worse service avoid cvs whenever possible.

I had a negative experience last Tuesday at CVS . The Pharmacy manager Jalak was rude and unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place.

Don't expect your prescriptions to be filled in any sort of timely manner. I called ahead, said my prescription would be ready at 10:40. Showed up at 11:20 to be told they are still working on it and ot would be another 20 minutes... it was a prepackaged inhaler. Something they just needed to put in a bag... everytime I get a prescription here it rakes forever and a day.

If I could give this store zero starts I would. Incompetent and rude. Hopefully their pharmacists are better than store staff and store manager. If they are equally incompetent, THEY WILL KILL PEOPLE. Pathetic.

I'm not one to write a very bad review but the way I was treated regarding a monthly automatic prescription renewal was so negatively impactful that I feel it's necessary. Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Clearly CVS has way more business than they could really use and they don't care about their customers or how they treat them. I have been getting a medication for the past 3 months that is on a continual renewal and they don't even have the decency to keep it in stock for me when it's ready to be picked up. I've even called in advance and was given a date by the automated messaging stating when it would be ready for pickup but several times I show up there when it should have been there and it wasn't. The worker behind the counter along with the Pharmacist told me there's no way they can keep it in stock for me because it is a brand name and they have to request it from headquarters each time. It then takes several days for them to receive it. This makes absolutely no sense since I am using it regularly and they have a record of my use. When I explained to both the cashier and the manager in the pharmacy that they could have it sent a few days earlier they stated it was not possible. This is was not a scheduled drug and these two workers spoke to me in such a disrespectful and condescending manner the entire time from the very first interaction. I will never go back there again. I've already switched my prescription to Rite Aid pharmacy where I was able to pick up my prescription with ease as soon as switched over. It's clear to me that CVS does not value their customers enough to make a change that makes sense for their customer or hire polite staff.

I called in a refill on Monday was told by the recording it would be ready by noon on Tuesday. I went yesterday, Wednesday, of course it was during their lunch time that was my mistake. I go back today, Thursday, and was told it was still being processed. I said it was due 2 days ago. Tech said we are ten days behind!!!! Ten days. I am done with CVS. Thankfully, my maintence RX are mail order.

The line to pick up prescriptions was nearly out the door. I get so many messages that I must pick up my prescription by a certain date. When I get to the pharmacy, I usually leave because the wait is so long. I can see if they have a problem some of the time, but this is all the time. I am glad my health provider finally changed so I can use a different pharmacy. I will be asking for paper scripts from now on so I can shop around. This pharmacy keeps getting worse and worse.

Honestly they don't even answer for the doctors office either waited 30 mins on the phone. Would not recommend so unprofessional and really useless

CVS has treated their workers terrible for years and as a result people are just walking out. I called my doc to get a refill, they told me they'd already sent it to CVS 4 days ago. CVS never called me or left any messages. I went to pick it up and the store was closed. They pay so poorly and understaff so badly; nobody was there to run the pharmacy.

Prescription was called in by PatientFirst today for my husband who has been suffering with a sinus infection and sleepless nights. He went to pick his RX up at 6:20 pm tonite. His text said at 6:06 pm his RX is ready from CVS. At 6:20 pm there was a sign up apologizing that they are closed DUE TO SHORT STAFFING. Unacceptable.

No one answers the phone here. I’ve called 4 times today after being on hold for AN HOUR the first time. I just need to know when I can get my medication and they make it nearly impossible.
