Excellent carwash 💯💯💯 I'm absolutely happy with the switch that I made a few months ago. Hours are perfect and the staff are friendly and outgoing. I wish that the customers would stop taking the products that they have available for the customers to use. I just doesn't make any sense-its always there and available. If not, just ask and they would kindly replace and refill. 10/10 for instashine carwash 💯💯💯💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Good money for value. Wish there was one closer coming from Exeter but I stop by when it is convenient. Vacuum/towel setups are nice.

My most recent visit to InstaShine was my third, and likely last.
I don't really have much to say other than that my vehicle didn't get clean at all, and I feel that it was a complete waste of my money.
As I advanced through the wash, I looked around me and was immediately skeptical at the anemic trickle of water & soap that was sprayed onto my truck.
I'm not sure I've EVER seen such a small amount of wash water or rinse water used.
My regular car wash is closer to my home and visibly washes and rinses at a much more generous volume.
There, the vehicle has NEVER emerged as dirty as it did at InstaShine.
I'm sure the good people working there would have let me go for a second pass, but I thought:
With such little water/soap, what's the use?
For the sake of others, I'm hoping that this was just an isolated incident.
For me, it was enough to help me choose one of the many other local car washes.

Really nice car wash overall! I got the Insta Shine & Protect option—my car looked great afterward. Super quick and efficient. They have free vacuums, air blowers for dust, and a solid setup with towels, window cleaners, and all-purpose sprays available right in the parking lot, which was super convenient.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the website clearly advertises a free wash when you enter your phone number, but I never got a code. I asked an employee and was told, “Oh yeah, we don’t do that anymore.” If that’s the case, it should be taken off the website to avoid confusion. Luxe Car Wash in Wyomissing offers the same kind of deal, and I got my free wash there without an issue.
Still, solid experience and I’d definitely come back.

I love InstaShine. My only reason for the 4 Star is it doesn't get rid of the crabapple marks from the hood of my car even with the premium wash. Vacuums work great, everyone is very friendly and helpful. Convenient and affordable! 😃

Best car wash In Berks County Staff is friendly Locally owned your car wash also includes use of vacuums window cleaners interior cleaner and microfiber towels the only place I will be taking my car

It was a good experience for this car wash I like the results that came out I couldn't use the vacuum cuz I had to rush interview but the workers were nice and friendly I will be going back

Car wash is really nice, they prep your car before the wash begins. They have supplies available at no additional cost to detail your car and they have plenty lanes for the vacuum and detailing. I will definitely purchase their subscription; this will be my car wash from now on. Oh, the best part, they open at 7:30 a.m.
