Went to Lowe sinking springs for plumbing supplies. I was looking for what I needed for a half an hour. Finally I ask a female associate for some help and showed her the broken piece I was looking for. Well I was in the wrong aisle. The associate directed me to the correct aisle as I explained to her what I needed. She matched all the parts I need and it was over. Thanked her and said she was very helpful and very professional. Didn't get her name but she was awesome .

They charged me twice for $164.77 on July 20, 2024.
Update: Resonse to Owner:
I spoke with your manager & he assured me that he, or someone in accounting would call me back the same day. I never got a call-back. He lied to me & disrespected me by doing so. This demonstrates a lack of integrity & unprofessionalism & lowers further trust in You. And by the way, the plants you sell are lifeless.

I ordered a lawn sweeper Agri-fab and it was delivered to my house because it was too big to fit into my car.
After 2 hours of assembly and three weeks of trying to get it to work; it cannot pick up anything. My neighbor tried it also and it did not work for him either.
They will not pick it up for return and I cannot get it to the store for refund.
So I am stuck with equipment that does not work.
Will not shop at place that does not stand by their equipment.
Will be canceling my credit card and will never shop there again.
NOT happy.
I called the number you provided and still ZERO help in getting my money back and on hold forever..........never again. You guys absolutely stink.

Great assortment of winter weather items. Love the VET parking and recognition from the associates. Do not like the new hardware/landscaping tool area.Havent had a non self serve lane open the last 4 times I went in except 1 at the pro service door.

I gave this store a 5 only because of Linda!!! I’ve been going to this place for a long time and dealt with so many nasty employees but omg Linda I’ve dealt with her twice so far and has given me the best customer service ever…thank you Linda

Went to buy 6×6 in. 10 ft.wooden beams for project and the stock of them was very bad most had more than 2 corners damage on all they had . Maybe just a bad load ?

My 2 year washer broke and my warranty wouldn't cover the repairs. Two days later I got an email saying my washer would be too costly to repair so I got the entire cost of my washer back. It paid for a bigger washer and I only had to pay for the hoses. I was very happy!!!

I ordered a set of LED bulbs online for in store pick up. When I went to pick up my bulbs from customer service, I was given a package with taped ends. I assumed this was just shipping damage and took them home. When I got home, I realized the bulbs were loose with no dividers, and when I installed the lights they did not work. The only conclusion is Sinking Spring Lowe's sold me used/returned bulbs at full price, without telling me, and they didn't work.

Stopped in at this Lowe’s today to pick up some stuff when checking out the lady told me that she was closed even though her light was on she told me I would have to go somewhere else. Talk about customer service. I think she was more worried about going and getting a cigarette. I was in line for three minutes and then she said something. I guess it’s hard to scan something at a register that you are trained to do.
