As a professional auctioneer, I depend on him to provide all of the third-party shipping my customers require. He always offers them professional services in a prompt and polite manner.

I’ve gone here a few times for copies and fingerprints. It’s usually not too busy, the owner is super friendly and the prices for copies are cheaper than Staples. Lastly, the location and hours are incredibly convenient since there isn’t another store for printing in this area.

I went to this shop for a school employment figure prints.I told the employee thats what I needed.I was charged $50.I thought was extremely high in price.The school told me after I handed all my documents in,that it was the wrong figure print document.I went back into the shop and told the employee he did the wrong figure print document.He said,that's unfortune.He made the mistake and didn't reimburse anything.I got the figure prints I needed for my school job and he charged me 26.20.I will not be back in this shop.

Ladies, need to change your passport to your new married name? The gentleman working was SO helpful and kind! I was worried about all of documents being correct and mailed correctly, and he was a big help! Get your picture taken and the application mailed all at once!

The Customer Service I received today was simply outstanding. First, they helped me package the item for a reasonable cost (including the box, tape, bubble-wrap and labor). Then they helped me connect to their WIFI so that I could print my pre-paid FedEx label. I had come in with FedEx barcode, but they could not scan it as a 3rd Party. But once the label was printed, however, the box was quickly on its way! Awesome Customer Service! I was in and out quickly, and for a very reasonable price. Nice! I will definitely return there when I need to ship something. Thanks!

I am impressed everytime I get something produced at Mail and Print in Sinking Spring. The owner provides above and beyond customer service. He always gets my orders done quick. I can't believe the amazing quality of the banners printed in house. I ordered them less than 24 hours ago!I handle all the marketing material for the Reading Roller Derby and we get everything we need printed by Mail and Print.

I was there with a teen today 5:15PM. This customer service person was so rude and unprofessional. I will never refer anyone there or go there again. Absolutely have someone fix this person ASAP. I understand that this is not the first complaint. What needs to be done.
