This branch is always welcoming and helpful. Every time I’ve walked in for assistance, a banker has immediately been available for support.

Yesterday (Thursday) I stopped by to open up an account in the Sinking Spring office because of their convenient location. There are multiples in the Reading area. I had a previous meeting with the Branch Manager Mr. Ebony when I was taking classes in the BCPS R3 program in Reading. He lectured on the difference between banks and credit unions and impressed me, therefore - I became a client. When I went in, I was immediately greeted by Mr. Roberto and we went to his office. He was very friendly and accommodating and asked me how he could assist me. He explained, and suggested various options, the services that was available and fees if they were appropriate. We had a glitch in the beginning, when I tried to confirm on my iPhone the form that I was signing, but - when there was an issue, he immediately asked if he could use my iPhone and in front of me, while he explained he rectified the problem, therefore - I opened up a saving and checking account, and also received a debit card. I was also interested in a future car loan, and he gave me multiple options, in- which I will take advantage next month. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. Thank You for reading!

Fees, fees, and more fees! Not actually a credit union just a bank in disguise. Go anywhere but here, you have been warned.

Started a car loan because it was picked by the dealer and opened an online account with them thinking I'd be able to view and access my loan account. Nothing. It took them nearly 3 weeks after the purchase to have it setup. They were almost unaware of the loan that they themselves had given. Had a small lapse of insurance and they decided to tack on $1650 dollars to the loan for CPI. I was never made aware of this by phone or email, or text. I saw the cpi show up 2 months later on the loan account and then by that time I had already owed them 2 months of insurance. The insurance was predatory to say the least. I decided to fully pay off the loan because I was done dealing with thes guys, so they told me to pay of the full cpi coverage for a year and then they would refund me the remainder of the year. It took 3 weeks since I paid it off to receive my refund. These people have no idea how to run a credit union. They accommodated me in no way whatsoever after MULTIPLE messups on their end. If I ever see their name on another loan I'll be politely declining.

Charges me for ATM withdrawal when I never use an ATM. Been told credit unions are supposed to be customer oriented and better than traditional banks but I think it’s actually worse. Stay away from this bank.
