Pharmacy NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Highly frustrating for a single disabled person whose neurologist vetoed her ever driving again with PennDOT. Plus they filled the WRONG PRESCRIPTION earlier today and now NO ONE IN PHARMACY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE!!!

the price on the window and on the receipt is different. They put the price lower, and then they say you had to make our card. I think it's a scam when they tell you the price is lower online and in the store without indicating that the service is for members only.

This review is for the Rite Aid at 4810 Penn Avenue, Sinking Spring. I usually shop there just for health care items and greeting cards. I find the store to be convenient and well organized. The folks at the checkout counter have always been helpful to me. During my visit on January 15, 2025, I noticed that some shelves were empty and others stocked with empty boxes. I hope they don't close it down.

The biggest scam in history! I had a medication that was due a certain date and they added 4 days before I can get it! How is that possible when the doctor specifically said a certain date and the pharmacy added 4 more days to it! How is that possible! People like me are go live in constant pain and work hard labor jobs, how is it that this pharmacy can go over what the doctor has written in the prescription! Total damn scam of a pharmacy. Im instantly moving mine and my family’s medicine to CVS!

if i could rate this place lower i would takes days to fill simple orders i called ahead to fill they never answer their phone this place is a complete mess with people who don't know how to complete simple tasks any other pharmacy can and has done easily it's amazing that they stay in business

3 days after prescriptions are called in they are still not filled. They dont answer their phone, so then I have to go into the pharmacy to ask why its not done yet and why this keeps happening with no logically explanation. This happens every month for several of my medications.

This is the worst pharmacy and it’s unfortunate cuz it is convenient. My 2 year old had her meds called in Friday morning at 10am, I will even say 10:30am. I work and sent my mother to help go get them this morning at 11:50am. And you know what they said “it’s not ready yet you have to wait till after 2pm” I mean I already gave you 72 hours and this is what you do. This was the longest I could go to wait for her meds. And this is what y’all do. You send an almost 80 yr old lady away saying like it was just called in or something. I’m done i have put up with a lot from this pharmacy and this was final. I’m calling corporate now and not letting this go. Are you going to deliver my baby meds are you going to pay for the gas you just had us waste. No so now it’s time

While all the pharmacies including right aids are struggling. We have the manager in sinking spring, allowing one or two employees to drive business away. I will never have a prescription sent there again went to pick up and clerk was not helped at all whatsoever. Matter aid fact she was spiteful. Don’t blame me because I’m trying to save money on a prescription and then lie as if I showed you something else to the pharmacist, She has been there driving business away and the manager knows. Teach this employee to use the Internet and some etiquette And if she can’t do her job or try to be helpful Fire her while you can because All your jobs are in jeopardy because of this behavior. It’s cvs time now. P.S. Don’t answer me back with the corporate number because I will just not go there again. There’s nothing you can do to help after three times.

The pharmacy does not answer their phones! I called multiple times this week to see if prescriptions could be transferred here and no one answered.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst Rite Aid location I've ever visited. Had a prescription called in here, came an hour later. Pharmacy lied and said they "just got it" and it would take an additional hour. I came back 3 hours later and they still weren't ready.By far the most broken, dysfunctional pharma I've ever seen. And they weren't apologetic or nice about the absurd delay.
