The pharmacy does not answer their phones! I called multiple times this week to see if prescriptions could be transferred here and no one answered.

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Worst Rite Aid location I've ever visited. Had a prescription called in here, came an hour later. Pharmacy lied and said they "just got it" and it would take an additional hour. I came back 3 hours later and they still weren't ready.By far the most broken, dysfunctional pharma I've ever seen. And they weren't apologetic or nice about the absurd delay.

Always friendly, quick and fast service. Never any issues.

Absolute garbage pharmacy, avoid at all costs. Rude, unhelpful and extremely lazy customer service at the pharmacy. Would rate 0 if it was allowed, we will be going elsewhere in the future. Seems like this is an ongoing issue at this location, surprised Rite Aid corporate hasn't stepped in.

AWFUL. If I could give this 0 stars I would, Note, the retail part of the store is fine…this review is for the pharmacy. The drive-through is never open, they just have a small handwritten sign on the window, maybe put a sign up BEFORE people get to the drive-through…you have to go into the store and stand in line forever, which is a huge inconvenience, and the employees act like they’d rather be anywhere but there (can’t say I blame them). I stopped using this pharmacy two years ago due to these reasons. The only reason I was there today was to pick up a prescription for a sick friend who couldn’t get there. Nothing changed. I highly recommend going anywhere but here for prescriptions.

Hands down WORST pharmacy.Their drive thru is NEVER opened. Every single time I come here it’s closed. Every single time I come here there is an issue.Today, drive thru was closed and there was a line of 15 people. I get up to the counter to find out that they dont have my cream in stock. I said why didn’t I get a call? They had my correct number.I’ve have numerous stories about this place. One time the rude pharmacist called the cops on my fiancé because we wanted out prescription back bc they couldn’t fill it.Only reason I come here is bc it’s close to my house and my insurance doesn’t work with CVS but this was finally the last straw.Believe all the reviews. Terrible

This is the worst pharmacy. I now go to CVS. Constantly understaffed. Drive through window is never available. Their system message says that if there are no refills, they will call your doctor. They don’t do this and they don’t tell you, so as you keep expecting notice that your prescription is in, you miss several days of medication. I told them about this thinking they would remove the deceptive message and they have not. Went in one day to pick up my daughters prescription and they said Insurance didn’t cover the SAME medication w the SAME insurance company and SAME plan for the past 4 years. I asked that they check and they refused so I walked out rather than pay $400 and tried my insurance company the next day. They said of course they covered the prescription and said there was no reason for rite aid to have rejected it. They also said they could see no attempt by rite aid to even run it through insurance. They never even ran it through! Rite aid had the audacity to say they were trying to help me when they hadn’t even tried the very first step. The next day my husband went to pick up the med and he had no issue. They ran the insurance and instead of the $400 they wanted me to pay the day before, he paid $20. WTH. CVS is so much better.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The drive through has been closed for 2 years. The line of customers for the pharmacy is always outrageously long and takes very long to get through. Prescriptions are never ready on time. The deliveries are a hit or miss. What a joke of a pharmacy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not only is there terrible communication, non-existent follow-up, ridiculous excuses for their bad customer service, and worst of all they take an astronomical amount of time to fill any script. This leads to poor care and delay in treatment for patients. Shame on them, management needs to wake up and resolve these issues. We will be taking our business elsewhere. The whole world is short staffed and figuring out ways to manage, I suggest you do the same.

Believe all the terrible reviews you read. This location will use being "short staffed" as every reason why they are terrible including them being rude, making no effort to help their customers, literally never answering their phone (finally got ahold of them after 5 days). The drive thru is never open and you have to go inside which is very inconvenient. I know I will get a generic response from Rite Aid asking me to call, but I won't. How about Rite Aid calls their store, or gets more staff, or trains employees better. COVID is 3 years old now, why are you still "short staffed". Nothing but an excuse to be lazy. I just had them send all my prescriptions back and will never shop here again.

Dr told me they faxed a medication over. Tried calling to make sure they got it. They never ever never ever answer the phone. Sometime they pick it up and hang up on you. Very bad professionalism.

Waited over 2 hours for them to tell me my dads pain meds were unavailable. He just got a knee replacement about 4 hours prior and needed meds immediately. The man working had no compassion and was extremely rude when I asked about his meds. I understand you are understaffed but that is no reason to be rude.

The pharmacy is terribly disorganized. It seems they are consistently understaffed as evidenced by the signs asking customers to be kind to employees due to being understaffed. Today I pulled up to the drive through which had a hand written note saying the drive through was closed due to being short staffed. There was no one in line inside and the employee refused to acknowledge me.

This pharmacy is NOT worth your time. The one woman behind the counter with glasses is always the person who will ultimately talk down to you and tell you "how wrong you are" whether you are or are not right. It does not matter if you call when the store is opening, closing, or anywhere in between, they will not answer the phone. I switched to the CVS up the street and COULD NOT BE HAPPIER.

It is sich a hassle trying to get an appointment for a flu shot. Signs say walk in or register online. Go in and they tell you to register online for an appointment. The site is rediculusly slow.
