New store same old soda dispenser. Try modernizing your equipment. That no one cleans. The counter is sticky and smells. The new store is horrible.

General incompetence aside, it is abundantly clear that the employees of this location have little interest in accomplishing anything beyond mulling around talking to each other. Within seconds, it is apparent to anybody walking through the door that the employees’ playtime is far more valuable than the customers attempting to start or finish their day. I wholeheartedly sympathize with anybody who has the displeasure of forking over their hard-earned money to this wannabe socialite quarters.

Downsized all their MTO food significantly, but of course kept the same price. All the food is overpriced now, it's just a gas station now. I do not recommend anyone grab lunch at any Sheetz, I believe the ingredients are also even lower quality than before.

I stopped into the Sinking Spring Sheetz earlier today for cash and a snack . I Asked “Matt” if there was an ATM … his response after acknowledging me was “Yeah back there” and he pointed to the corner Okay , not too bad. Grabbed a snack of apple juice and a protein bar. Proceeded to the check out where “Matt”had his back to me. After several minutes I asked ( politely) “is this where I check out ?”(knowing it was) “Yeah” was Matt’s response. I gave him a $20 bill and Matt proceeded to hold my change in his hand , turned around and started talking to someone else again as I STOOD there ! I apologized for bothering him and left the store. I worked in customer service all my life and would have been fired for this type of treatment. I do NOT make a habit of reporting poor service but “Matt “ definitely should not be a manger with that attitude! Btw , I’m Nancy ( Typing on my husbands phone )

I just stopped in to sheets for some decaf Coffee before i headed home. I swear the young man working the register must have known that i'm having a complete crap day, because he gave me my coffee on the house. I was taken by surprise.I know a cup of coffee here isnt expensive, but small, kind, gestures like this mean, a lot to me. This is actually the first time i've ever had coffee at sheets, and I will definitely be coming back! People overlook small random acts of kindness all the time.Something like this can really change somebody's day. It definitely made me smile and i needed that today. Thank you again:)

My food was thrown together in its entirety. It fell apart before I could even pick it up to eat it. Also, someone must have opened the wrong end of the old bay seasoning since literally my entire food order was covered in it, and I don't mean lightly seasoned. The first bite when I was finally able to manage a grip on the food and eat made me not want to eat anymore of my food. I would not recommend this location and this was my first time visiting since they reopened. I will never return to this location again.

Worse sheetz I’ve ever been in. Employees are never out working, u have to wait at register for someone to come out from back, the food is horrible and the one old guy regular that’s always there in the morning thinks he runs the place and gets in everyone’s way when u want to get in and get out early in the morning and the manager and employees just let him do whatever he wants!!!!! The manger is useless and the employees are as well!!!!
