Everything was good, none of my stored items were damaged or stolen. I will.point out that in rating something, I never give perfect 5 stars because there is always room for improvement. But this place was close.

Melissa was truly wonderful to work with. I had some issues not realizing how much stuff I needed to store and when my original locker was too small she was able to assist right away to help me get a larger one immediately. So greatful to have worked with her and the company during my stressful moving situation.

Friendly staff, clean. Only giving 3 stars because you can't reserve a unit until 7 days before you plan on using the unit. Makes things a little stressful when planning a move.
