I was glad they responded quickly after my initial call. The day I found this storage facility, I had called so many other places. The staff explained the details of the contract which made me comfortable. The units are very clean and well lit. Super friendly staff and great security. Will is them again in the future.

Such a simple experience using storage world in sinking spring! We even rented a truck for a few days for our move and it all went very smoothly! Melissa was a pleasure working with as well and very helpful!

Do Not Lease a Storage Unit from this Company or any of its related Facilities! They will quote you a Price via Contract which is very likely to Increase within 6-Months. The Pricing Practices are very deceitful and non-transparent! If you question them in the slightest, they will move to Immediately Evict! The Facilities are staffed with very unknowledgeable Property Managers. Upper Management are some of the rudest, and unprofessional individuals I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with! They take no responsibility for anything. Stay Away!
