Ive never had any issues with this post office besides the parking lot being a little inconvenient due to limited spots and near a busy intersection. The customer service is great though. They even honored a mistake they made and sent a hand written note in the mail to me apologizing and fixed the error.

Our chicken we picked up all 30 were dead due to neglect. We have another oder next week... If it happens again I'm filing a police report. (they were ice cold) how long did they sit God knows where????? We are repeat customers never had this happen. So next week watch out. If my birds are dead when I walk in that door... There is a problem.

Very rude employees who have terrible customer service skills and my mail keeps getting lost before it gets to my PO Box.

BILL DESERVES TO BE FIRED! I would give this place 0 stars if I could, I actually DREAD needing to go to this post office. Bill is the rudest man I’ve ever interacted with.. for having such a well paying, benefit provided job he is MISERABLE. Had a family member told to go to another location when attempting to mail packages at the end of the day, I came in with them the next day when NO ONE else was there (11am, well before their lunch break) and was told “this is going to take a while” with an eye roll and then every customer after me was told of me causing the inconvenience and wait. He also tried to antagonize and lecture me about my family member who tried bringing them in the day prior, I’m sorry to have made you do your job, that you clearly don’t want or deserve. BILL IS A MISERABLE MAN! By the way, the total interaction took all of 10 minutes, as he acted like it would take HOURS.

If I could give negative reviews - I absolutely would. Dennis was kind and pleasant but Bill is miserable and beyond rude. I brought in 15 packages to be mailed and when I walked in asked how he was to which he grunted “it’s Monday.” He then told me to buy a scale and do this at home myself. I told him bringing the packages in was easier and he rolled his eyes. I said out loud to other patrons I don’t understand why he is so miserable - he is the one who signed up for this job - he knew what he was getting himself into.He proceeded to tell me if I don’t like him to go to another post office. Unbelievable. My business will use UPS and Fed Ex for all future packages.

The new employee that they have there is so beyond friendly! He is seems happy to be there.
