This place is a waste. They won’t accept a federal ID to cash a check. Once I questioned them and asked to speak to headquarters they called the cops

I’ve been a member at Wells Fargo for years and after getting married I switch to Tomkins. I can’t say enough amazing things about this bank. Their customer services is outstanding! Don't use this bank if you actually need your money. They put a 7 day hold on a check from Bank of America in which I could not withdraw ANY of it for a week.

Kind of a dodgey looking shopping center, but a fantastic location. We don't bank there but they were very helpful and it's a very neat establishment. Coffee, tea, cookies. Highly recommend.
