“My mother and I went there looking for rocker sneakers for me due to my wearing a rocker walking boot due to an ankle fusion. They did not have rocker sneakers BUT there were other awesome sneakers and sandles,which I'll never be able to wear again ?, but the man at the door that day saved me from having a horrible accident. I needed to use the restroom but it was for employees only, I whispered that I wear a diaper and really needed to use it, he was nice enough to let me. Had my head measured to help me pick the right size hat. They also had a sizable clearance area, good finds! “It's hard to put into words how exceptional this boutique is. I went with my daughter, for her first formal dress shopping, for her prom. I was very nervous as my baby was growing older. The entire staff treated me like I was their most important customer ever, while giving her even better service. The hostess, as the best word I can name for the associate that helped my daughter, had the perfect eye for fashion that would accent my daughter's skin tone and hair. They helped her try on as many dresses as she wanted, and help show the pros and cons of each style.
When we finally found the absolute perfect gown, I started to break down in tears. Worried that they will going to think I'm slightly crazy, I was surprised and at ease to find I wasn't the first father to do this. They even provided me tissues when I started crying. But let's get back to the dress.
I cannot wait to see her dressed in her prom gown. She will forever be my princess, but thank you to Bella Jules, she is an absolute angel, they just fitted her with her wings! I cannot thank everyone at the location for what they did. But I hope they know, they have forever helped me see through the first of many more coming of age events!
I highly recommend every young lady who needs the most elegant of gowns, should set up an appointment and have themselves pampered in a way you can't even imagine!”

She took my vision and ran with it to make it even better than I could have imagined. Her attention to detail was impeccable and the little touches she added really elevated the designs. When I asked if she could put it together by the next day, she asked me to come back in half an hour. The expedited process, the beautiful products, and helpful staff all exceeded expectations. “This was the first time I was ever at an Old Navy, and boy did I pick the wrong day to go- so crowded with going back to school moms and kids!!! Anyway, my son made it through the store with my wheelchair, by the way they are not up to the disabilities act code of having wheelchair accessible entrance. I found a lovely employee to assist me in finding what I came for. I went to dressing room. Disabled one was occupied so I used regular one. I can stand and walk into dressing room. I did find one pair of jeans I was looking for. Then I returned jeans I couldn't wear and got in very long check out line which went pretty fast I must say. I also picked up two packs of socks while in check out line. All in all I'd say we were in there a half hour. Loved all the help from the female employee. She went above and beyond. She looked in the back for me. I really didn't get to look at the rest of the store my son and I both don't like big crowds. If I'm in there too long I'll have a panic attack. I got one pair of jeans and socks that's good enough. We'll have to go back after school starts and it's not crowded. So then we can see the whole store. ? Lol.”

“One of the best stores to find great clothing. They have great deals with some items still in the 3,4,5 dollar range. It is surprisingly how much you could buy here with just 50 bucks. Their prices are better than Walmart and you can literally get items that look more expensive then they are.”
