Thanksgiving is the perfect opportunity to convey our gratitude and appreciation for the excellent care and attention that my husband and I received during his recent illness. Though this was our first experience with Dr. Tim Fiorillo and Maureen, his nurse, we were thoroughly impressed with the professional care received coupled with great sense of humor, making us feel at ease. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new primary physician to strongly consider Dr. Fiorillo and Maureen. We have been patients at Amin Medical for many years and are very familiar with the high level of medical professional excellence expected by all staff. I was thinking this the best office ever, over the past couple years, so I referred five friends to them till Randy called me two weeks ago. I can’t describe enough, how I felt unrespected and the way she’s speaks like she is the owner and no one above her even if I like my doctor but for me as a patient customer service is very important more than the doctors it’s very important as a patient to feel respected and to feel understood with right way patient who is in pain and need help needs to hear good words to feel supported in sick times . I still can’t believe this a medical office. Anyway thank you for treating me over the past years ??????

I am a new patient to Amin Medical Center and I had a great experience. I do not care for doctors in general, but I saw Priya Patel and she listened to me, did not rush me and gave me great advice and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk help was wonderful as well. I watched one of the front desk women help an elderly woman who also seemed to be a new patient and she was so patient and kind to the women with out being condinsending. It was very nice to see. My whole family will now be going their.

Many primary care practices have excellent doctors, and Amin Medical Center definitely has that. What it also has that is rare these days is excellent administrative staff. The staff are knowledgeable and either handle my phone calls or messages themselves or quickly get back to me with an answer after speaking with a doctor. They are all professional and warm. My friends and family members are always complaining about the poor customer service at their primary care and specialists offices (prescriptions that are not renewed, calls that are not returned, unpleasant/negative people, etc.). I feel lucky to have found this practice a year ago when my previous doctor retired.

I have been a patient of Dr. Amin for quite some time and he and his staff have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. They always go the extra mile and take their time during each appointment (virtual or in person). The front office staff is also great, they always provide several options for appointments. The portal they have is also a great feature, easy to check reports, reminders for appointments as well as other notifications that are specific to the office.Great experience overall, highly recommended!
